Disclaimer

Due to the care we take to ensure you are receiving high quality products, our chocolate range may not be available for delivery. During summer we will be substituting chocolate for an alternative product which will transport better in the hotter months. If you have opted for chocolate with a monthly subscription, we will contact you to provide alternate options for you to choose from during these months.

Subscriptions and Billing

After placing an order for a subscription you will have a main order and sub orders which you can customise and change every month. You will be charged for your first order when it is placed with subsequent subscription orders being billed a day before the delivery date you have chosen. You will receive an email a few days before your account is charged to remind you of payment and to give you an opportunity to update your subscription if necessary.

Update your Subscription

If you have purchased one of our regular Subscription Boxes (PadAway or Tamp-On) you may customise your box before delivery is dispatched. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched to prevent you from making any changes.

To update your subscription:

  • Go to your account using the Login button in the header/footer
  • Press the My Subscription tab to view your current subscription
  • Under Subscription Totals press on the Customise option
  • Re-choose your subscription items
  • Follow through the checkout process to complete the change – you will not be charged again for this process

Pause or Reactivate your Subscription

You will have the option to pause your subscription and reactivate it to suit your needs.

To pause your subscription:

  • Go to your account using the Login button in the header/footer
  • Press the My Subscription tab to view your current subscription
  • Under Actions press the Suspend button

To reactivate your subscription, simply press Reactivate.

Cancel your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  • Login to your account
  • Go to the My Subscription tab
  • Press on Cancel and your order will be cancelled within 24 hours
  • You can reactivate your account by pressing Resubscribe (within the first 24 hours of canceling) or contacting us on hello@nisaa.com.au

Updating your Contact Details

To update your billing or delivery address, login to your account and go to the Addresses tab. From here you can change either your billing or delivery address to reflect on your next order.

Build your own Box

If you have opted the ‘Build your own Box’ option, you are limited to customising your box after the purchase has been made. We will gladly do what we can if you contact us via email on hello@nisaa.com.au, however we cannot easily change your order through this function. If you wish to make major changes with your order, we recommend canceling your subscription and starting again.
