Rosehip Iced Tea

Just in time for Summer, I have restocked the delicious Rosehip Remedy from my favourite Saha Botanica. This tea is not only a delicious berry mix, it's also made to help boost your immune system!

If you are anything like me and you tend to get sick during Summer (air-conditioning anyone..) then it's good to be proactive and do what you can to boost your immune system.

'But tea in Summer?!' you ask... This tea is actually the perfect iced tea base!

It's delicious, sugar free and super simple to make!

You need:

Rosehip Remedy Tea

Tea Strainer

Mason Jar or Cup

Fresh Lemon Slices (about 2-4)

Fresh Strawberries x 2

How to make it:

Add the loose leaf tea to your strainer and place in a cup or mason jar. I prefer mason jars because they have a lid for when i put it in the fridge.

Cut lemon into slices and add to cup, 2 is refreshing, 4 is tart and what I did was over the top! (I used half a lemon!) Add strawberries in whole

Add boiling water to cup and let sit for 5 minutes

Remove tea strainer and place in the fridge for a couple of hours or ideally, overnight

Serve over ice with fresh mint!
